Processing time

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays). During sale periods or new drops processing may take up to 5 business days.

Domestic (U.S.) Shipping

• Standard (USPS / UPS): Estimated 3–7 business days after shipment (contingent on carrier and destination).

• Expedited: 2–3 business days after shipment.

• Local Oʻahu pickup: Free — available by appointment. Select Local Pickup at checkout and we’ll email you with pickup instructions.

Shipping rates

• Flat rate domestic shipping: $X.XX (set your rate in Wix)

• Free standard shipping on orders over $150 (suggestion — adjust as you prefer)
  (You can offer different thresholds for US vs HI if you want.)

Tracking

A tracking number will be emailed when your order ships. Please allow 24 hours for carrier tracking updates.

Shipping mistakes & damaged packages

If your package is damaged in transit or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at info@bellehana.com with photos of the package and items. We will investigate and make it right (refund, replacement, or reshipment).

Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable except when we are at fault (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective merchandise).
