Return & Exchange Policy
Return window
We accept returns of full-price items within 30 days of delivery for a refund to the original payment method or exchange (your choice), provided the items are returned unworn, unwashed, with original tags and hygiene strip (if applicable).
Swimwear & intimates
For hygiene reasons, all swimwear must be returned with the original hygiene strip still attached. Swimwear returned without hygiene protection or showing signs of wear will not be accepted. Some sale swimwear may be marked final sale and cannot be returned — check the product page.
How to start a return

Email returns@bellehana.com with your order number, item(s) to return, and whether you want a refund or exchange.

We’ll reply with a Return Authorization and shipping instructions. Please do not send returns without prior authorization.

Ship items within 7 days of receiving the RA (return authorization).
Return shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong/defective item). We recommend using a tracked shipping method — Bellehana is not responsible for lost return packages.
Refund timing
Once we receive and inspect your return, please allow 10–15 business days for refunds to be processed to the original payment method. Exchanges will be processed and shipped as soon as the returned item is received and inspected.
Exchanges
If the size or color you want is in stock, we’ll ship an exchange once we receive your original item. If the desired SKU is out of stock, you may opt for store credit or a refund.
Final sale items
Items marked Final Sale (this will be displayed on the product page) cannot be returned or exchanged.
Defective items / Wrong items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email support@bellehana.com within 7 days of delivery with photos and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
